Burning your Fat or Weight Loss; Diet

Most of you maybe are obesity or maybe feel minder about your body weight. Is your body weight very affect (disturb) you on your daily activities ? Stop it from right now and take changes. Burning your fat means that you must work hard to hold yourself from eating junk food and it means that you must do some exercises or workouts.

Most people took wrong steps on their diet program. They just eat very small amount of foods in a day. As the result, they had stomachache and what ? their fat is not loss yet. Let me give you some simple solutions :

1) Drink more waters
    You must know, that diet means you eat less foods. One way to reduce your hungry level is by drink a lot of waters. Your stomach will be fulled of waters and you start to feel bloating, it is a good idea to substitute your hungry into bloating. It doesn't means that you are not eating, but it is the way to prevent you from eating more when you feel hungry.

2) Workout everyday
    As i said before, workout doesn't mean you have to go to the gym. You can easily do jogging every morning, push up, sit up. But you have to do this as a very very routine activity. Never get absent even a day. And if you have free times on weekend, it's better if you can go to the gym, and do more hard trainings to increasing your burning fat.

3) Find your basal metabolic rate; how many calories you need to consume per day. (wikihow.com)
   Check with BMR calculator and Take 15-20% off that number and eat that number of calories instead.
